The Employ Florida Banner Center for Homeland Security and Defense is a grant funded initiative that was established by agreement between Workforce Florida and the Indian River State College. With the mission to become a one-stop center for education, training and information for Florida's workforceon homeland security, emergency response, and terrorism.
