1. Effectively communicate an understanding of the traditional roles & practices throughout the justice system, including criminal behavior, crime causation, courts, and law enforcement and corrections issues and practices.
2. Demonstrate standards of legal and ethical principles, including the constitutionally mandated processes & the significance of professional ethics within the criminal justice system.
3. Demonstrate the ability to utilize and employ present and evolving technologies in the field of criminal justice.
4. Exhibit leadership skills to solve complex issues within a criminal justice organization & environment.
